Terms and Conditions:
Usage Rules

No shoes, food, drink, or candy on the inflatable.
Adults should not use the inflatable unless specifically allowed.
Inflatable must be swept out and cleaned before return.
No refunds due to weather.
Reservation deposits are refundable only with full payment.
Returns must be made on time.
No confetti, chalk, powder, or similar substances allowed.
Before deflating, renter must provide clear pictures/video showing the inflatable’s condition and cleanliness.
Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Setup & Takedown Instructions

Outdoors: Set up on a tarp and only on grass.
Securely stake inflatable and tie off blower connection.
Zip and velcro vent shut; fully inflate before use.
For takedown: Sweep out debris, wipe marks, remove water, properly deflate and fold.
Provide pictures/video to confirm cleanliness.

Rental Period & Deposit

Standard rental period is one calendar day (not 24 hours).
Security deposit $75-$150 (amount depending on item), refundable within 3–5 business days if no damages occur.

Supervision

Identification

Upon request, renter must provide a valid driver’s license or ID for accountability.

Acknowledgment of Risks

Using inflatable equipment involves inherent risks such as falls, collisions, and accidents.
All safety guidelines and instructions must be followed.

Release of Liability

By renting, you release the owner and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to injury, property damage, or loss.
If a third party facilitates the rental, they assume full liability during the rental period.

Indemnification

Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from any third-party claims arising from use of the inflatable equipment.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary and not coerced.
Renters assume all risks, including unforeseen risks, associated with use of the equipment.

Damage Liability

Deposit is not a cap on liability.
Renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction beyond normal wear and tear.
Full replacement cost may be required for total loss or irreparable damage.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or residue.

No Guarantee & No Refund Policy

No guarantee of uninterrupted or defect-free operation.
No satisfaction guarantee; equipment is rented “as-is.”
All rentals are final; no refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction, equipment issues, or changes in plans.
Policy applies regardless of weather or timing of pickup/drop-off.
